As Director of Client Engagement, Amanda oversees the growth and efficiency of customer advertising campaigns. Amanda has worked with hundreds of companies in the transportation and logistics industry while working with FATj.com, helping them create and maintain effective driver recruitment campaigns. Amanda's previous experience in the transportation industry includes Operations and Sales for an oil logistics firm. She has a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, modernizing recruitment departments' processes, and creating impactful messages to help companies differentiate themselves in the recruitment advertising world.
Mitzi Hartman is a Certified Director of Safety and has worked in the trucking industry for 30 years - the past 23 years here at McLeod. She has led their Safety Dept. since 2007. In March of 2018 filled the role of Director of Recruiting for a year before leading our efforts in retention. Mitzi completed the Illinois Trucking Leadership Program in 2016. Mitzi sat on the Illinois Trucking Foundation's board in 2017 & 2018. She started the Teens Trucks & Traffic program in Decatur, IL, that educates teens on how to safely drive with commercial traffic. She is married to husband Glen, has 5 children, and 11 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking family vacations, music, and helping with non-profit organization initiatives in her off time. She loves football and is an avid Packers fan! Jill Kotys, SHRM-CP has a combined 13 years’ experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, and Sales. Jill joined the McLeod team as Director of Recruiting in September of 2019, and leads the Recruiting team in finding the most qualified drivers to join the McLeod family. In her free time, she enjoys reading, game nights, and spending time with her family.
